At Yalaha Bakery, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality bread products. Because our breads are made without preservatives, proper shipping timing and method selection are extremely important.

Perishable Product Notice

All Yalaha Bakery bread products are made fresh and contain no preservatives. As a result, they are highly perishable and sensitive to transit times and temperatures.

Shipping Days

To protect product freshness and avoid weekend transit delays:

Orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Orders placed after Tuesday’s cutoff time will ship the following Monday.
We do not ship Wednesday through Sunday.

This schedule helps ensure your bread does not sit in a carrier facility over the weekend.

Recommended Shipping Method

We strongly recommend selecting Overnight Shipping at checkout to ensure maximum freshness and product quality upon arrival.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Selection

If a customer selects any shipping method other than Overnight Shipping (including 2-Day, Ground, or Economy options), the customer:

Acknowledges the perishable nature of the product
Assumes full responsibility for any loss of freshness, spoilage, or quality issues
Agrees that Yalaha Bakery is not liable for product condition due to extended transit times

We cannot guarantee product freshness when non-overnight shipping options are selected.

Carrier Delays & Weather

Yalaha Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Carrier service interruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Delivery access issues

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns.
We do not issue refunds for orders where a non-recommended shipping method was selected.
We do not issue refunds for delays caused by carriers or weather.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Yalaha Bakery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
